It's a bizerk time of year, with the holidays only 6 weeks away (!!). A million things to get done, it seems. But it doesn't have to be that way... This is what we're telling ourselves today as we look at our burgeoning 'Weekly Operations Tracker' (a mundane name for a very useful tool). In fact, it really shouldn't
be that way. Stacking on too much work between now and year-end will only lead to frustration, stress and loss of focus. AKA, the mad scramble. Balls will be dropped; quality will suffer. Who likes to work/live like that? Who want's to do business with a company like that? Just a lil' reminder to keep it real
here in the office as we approach the holiday season...
