Luckily for us here in Burlington, we have Northern Bayou in our backyard. Based in the idyllic town of Charlotte, the folks of Northern Bayou are brewing some of the most delicious cold brew coffee we've ever tasted. But they don't stop there - they also make Cocoa Nib and Hopped versions of their Original recipe. For the Cocoa Nib, they partnered with Lake Champlain Chocolate's Blue Bandana Chocolate bars to create a perfectly balanced, subtly chocolate cold brew. We'll be trying the Hopped for the first time at the Burlington Farmer's Market this Saturday - we'll let you know what we think!
