B Corps are mission-driven companies that go above and beyond profit and use business as a force for good. It’s the gold standard for corporate and social responsibility assessing everything from a company’s employees, suppliers, community and environmental impact.

How we treat our co-workers, customers, community and environment is just as important as how we treat our skin. Earning a B Corp certification allows us to quantify and track our sustainability progress, while learning from an inspiring network of B Corp brands working to do the same.

To earn a B Corp certification, businesses must complete a rigorous assessment evaluating how they support their workers, empower communities, protect the environment and govern themselves. Each business must qualify for at least 80 of 200+ total points (a typical company that is not B Corp usually scores around 50) and sign the B Corp Declaration of Interdependence.

Joining the B Corp community is only the beginning. Each year, we are obligated (and excited!) to maintain or improve our score while committing to educate our community, elevate how we do business, and hopefully inspire others to do the same.
