Once fulfilled, US orders on average take 3-7 business days to deliver via standard ground shipping.* We will email you your tracking link as soon as it's ready (please allow 48 hours for the carrier's tracking page to populate!)

However, during this busy time of year, orders can be expected to take longer to arrive, extending the standard US delivery average to 8-10 business days.* The cut off date for standard shipping to arrive before Wednesday, December 25th is Tuesday, December 17th at 11:59pm EST.

International orders on average take 3 weeks to arrive, with timing dependent on destination country and customs clearance. A detailed tracking page, including additional links for in-country delivery tracking, is provided for international customers via email.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 72 hours. Keep your eyes peeled for a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number as soon as your order has been fulfilled ✅

Heads up! It typically takes 24 - 48 hours for your DHL or USPS tracking page to populate after leaving our warehouse. You can rest assured that your package is still en route, and it's completely normal for your carrier's tracking page to show an "invalid" result during this period (pictured below). If you have trouble viewing your carrier's tracking information after this period, give our Customer Experience Team a shout here. We'll verify that the order was shipped correctly and provide you with updated tracking details as soon as possible!

Sometimes packages can get delayed or stuck in the carrier's system. Though most shipments do get back on track, if we confirm there's a significant issue with the delivery, we will happily take a closer look (and if you've selected *Shipping Protection for your order, Corso will get a replacement or refund issued ASAP!)

If the delayed package is eventually delivered, or you were able to retrieve it, please let us know so we can update our records accordingly 👍

Please note that during the holiday months, orders can be expected to take longer to arrive, extending the standard US delivery average to 8-10 business days. To guarantee delivery by a certain date, we always recommend selecting an expedited shipping service at checkout.

If an attempt to deliver your order was unsuccessful, you may need to arrange for another delivery directly through the carrier. 

If you're in the US, please use your tracking number to pull up your USPS tracking page, as there may be no action needed, or you may have the option to schedule another directly from the tracking page.

If the delivery information is unclear, or if you encounter other issues, please contact our Customer Experience Team for further assistance.

On any occasion where the package is eventually delivered, we'd love confirmation from you that you've received it. This helps us keep our records up-to-date and gives us peace of mind that you are good to go with new products 🤗

So. You get the notification that your order has been delivered, but there's no package in sight. What?! Ugh! We totally get how frustrating this can be.

Now for some good news: In most cases, packages often show up a day or two after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. 

If the order is still missing after checking in with roommates, neighbors, residence mail rooms, etc., and it's been 72 hours since your order has been marked delivered, let us know here! 

We kindly ask that you verify the address provided for your order when reaching out to our Customer Experience Team. We’ll be happy to take a closer look (and if you've selected Shipping Protection for your order, Corso will get a replacement or refund issued ASAP!) 🤗

Never fear! 

Should your shipment be returned to our warehouse due to an address or delivery issue, contact us with the corrected shipping address as soon as possible. After we've received confirmation of the address, we'll arrange to send a replacement your way ✅

Orders now through Monday, December 23rd will be eligible* for returns up to 60 days from the day the order is placed 🌲 This way, if you are gifting the products, the recipient will have plenty of time to try them out!

If you are not totally in love with the Ursa Major products you receive, you may return them for a full refund or store credit - return shipping on us. Gifted orders are eligible for store credit only.
