Use on dry skin before hopping in the shower or at any time for a quick wake-up. Starting at your feet or hands, brush upward toward your heart using short, firm strokes. For best results, brush for a few minutes, then shower off and follow with Golden Hour Body Serum or the body product of your choice. 

Q: What are the benefits of dry brushing? How often can I dry brush?

A: Dry brushing exfoliates, boosts circulation, and supports lymphatic flow to help detox skin. Most people do it 2–3 times a week, or daily if your skin tolerates it—just moisturize after.

Q: Is dry brushing safe for sensitive or reactive skin?

A: If you have sensitive or reactive skin, we recommend proceeding with caution–it can be too harsh for those with extra sensitive skin. Go gently, and try once a week to start. Avoid areas where the skin is irritated or broken.

Q: Is dry brushing pregnancy-safe?

A: Some people find that it can help circulation and swelling, but pregnancy can make skin more sensitive. Use light pressure, and always check with your doctor.

Q: Should I use it on dry or wet skin? 

A: Always use our Dry Brush on dry skin. 

Q: Can I use this on my face? 

A: No, please do not use our Dry Brush on your face as the bristles are too harsh for that part of the body.
