Who is the bundle designed for?

This bundle is made for anyone feeling the effects of winter—think dryness, tightness, sensitivity, deeper-looking fine lines, or chapped skin.

How do I use the products together?

Smooth a bit of Forest Alchemy Eye Cream onto the eye area, then follow with a small dab of Alpine Rich Cream on the face, day and/or night. Lastly, massage a dollop of Botanic Buzz Hand Cream into hands as needed.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Though not tested for sensitive skin, we have designed our products to work for a variety of skin types and have heard awesome feedback from folks with sensitive, reactive skin. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we might recommend a patch test of each individual product on the inner wrist before applying to the full face for extra precaution.

Do the products have fragrance?

Alpine Rich Cream has a subtle floral aroma with notes of Rose and Geranium, while Botanic Buzz Hand Cream has a bright, herbal-citrus aroma of Bergamot, Lavender, and sweet Neroli. Forest Alchemy Eye Cream is unscented.

What if I don’t love it?

We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee.
