    Who is this bundle designed for?  

    The bundle is ideal for those with dry or mature skin looking for rich nourishment and moisture. Forest Alchemy Eye Cream deeply nourishes and smoothes the delicate eye area with hydrating actives, while Alpine Rich Cream delivers serious moisture and barrier support so skin feels soft and plump.

    How do I use these products together?  

    Start by gently tapping a dab of Forest Alchemy Eye Cream around the eye area. Follow with a dime-sized dab of Alpine Rich Cream, massaging into the rest of the face until fully absorbed.

    Are these products safe for sensitive skin?  

    Though not tested for sensitive skin, we have designed our products to work for a variety of skin types and have heard awesome feedback from folks with sensitive, reactive skin. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we might recommend a patch test of each individual product on the inner wrist before applying to the full face for extra precaution.

    Are these products pregnancy-safe?  

    Neither of these products contain any ingredients that are commonly avoided during pregnancy, such as vitamin A or high doses of salicylic acid (+2%). That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

    Do these formulas include fragrance?  

    Forest Alchemy Eye Cream is unscented. Alpine Rich Cream has a delicate, floral aroma derived entirely from real plant extracts like Rose and Geranium.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee. 

    How do I start a return?  

    Super easy! Just head on over to our Returns Portal, where you’ll just need your order number (the one starting with UM) and your email address or zip code to get started.

      Best Eye Cream Ever

      I've used this cream for many years. A little goes a long way and it absorbs beautifully allowing me to put on makeup shortly after applying. I've had compliments about my lack of eye wrinkles- I'm over 60 - from strangers. Ursa Major's ingredients and glass containers fit with my lifestyle. I'm a customer for life!

      Happy Skin

      I’m very pleased with this product. I have sensitive skin but need a thick night cream because I also tend to have dry skin and it’s challenging to find a product that can do both. The Alpine Rich Cream nailed it. I also love that it’s a Vermont based company because I moved to the green mountain state last summer and it feels good to support a local product.

      Glides on with substance however you do not need much for coverage. Beautiful smell! My sensitive skin feels cared for with this cream.
