    What is Hyaluronic Acid?  

    Hyaluronic Acid is a powerful hydrator that works by attracting water into your skin. It can hold up to 1,000x its own weight in water, making it incredibly effective at restoring moisture, so skin looks plump and replenished.

    Is this the serum for me?  

    Whether you use one, two, or all four of our serums is totally up to you and your skin needs!

    Forest Water Hyaluronic Serum is our go-to for deep hydration. It plumps skin, helping it appear firmer with fewer visible fine lines.

    Mountain Glow Serum is our go-to for an instant dewy boost. It restores moisture and supports collagen & barrier health, so skin looks youthful and firm.

    How and when do I use this product?  

    For best results, apply 1–2 pumps to clean, slightly damp skin. Use morning, night, or both—following with your favorite moisturizer to help seal in hydration.

    Is this safe for sensitive skin?  

    Though not tested for sensitive skin, we have designed our products to work for a variety of skin types and have heard awesome feedback from folks with sensitive, reactive skin. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we might recommend a patch test on the inner wrist before applying to the full face for extra precaution.

    Is this product pregnancy-safe?  

    Forest Water Hyaluronic Serum does not contain any ingredients that are commonly avoided during pregnancy, like vitamin A or high doses (+2%) of salicylic acid. That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

    Can I use this around my eyes?  

    While the product is formulated with gentle ingredients suitable for most skin types, we recommend applying it around the eye area carefully, avoiding direct contact with your eyes, eyelids, and immediate eye contour. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we suggest performing a patch test on the inner wrist before applying to the full face for extra precaution.

    Does this contain fragrance?  

    Forest Water has a subtle, woodsy aroma that comes entirely from real plant extracts—never synthetic fragrances.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee.
