Can I use this on color-treated hair?

While we have yet to complete formal color-retention testing, Go Easy Conditioner is formulated without any harsh, stripping agents—and we’ve heard awesome feedback from folks with color-treated hair.

Can I use this as a leave-in conditioner?

You bet! This lightweight formula hydrates without weighing hair down, so it works perfectly as a leave-in. Simply smooth through damp or wet strands, skip the rinse, and go.

Is this product pregnancy-safe?

Go Easy Conditioner does not contain any ingredients that are commonly avoided during pregnancy, like vitamin A or high doses (+2%) of salicylic acid. That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

Does this contain fragrance?

Go Easy Conditioner is infused with a warm, woodsy blend of Sandalwood and Fir—derived entirely from real plant extracts, never synthetic fragrances.

What if I don’t love it?

We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee.
