Q: How often should I use this mask? 

A: You can use Vital Spring Hydration Mask 2-3 times a week, or whenever your skin feels tight, dry, or in need of a hydration boost.


Q: Can I leave this mask on for longer than 10 minutes? 

A: We formulated this to work quickly, so there’s no need to leave it on longer. However, it’s fine to leave on for a few more minutes if you’d like an extended self-care moment. When you’re done, simply rinse or towel off as directed.


Q: Can I use this mask under or around my eyes?

A: Please avoid direct application around the eyes. Vital Spring Hydration Mask contains cooling botanicals that might feel too stimulating for the eye contour.


Q: Is this mask safe for sensitive skin?

A: Vital Spring Hydration Mask was formulated to be gentle and non-irritating, and is generally suitable for sensitive skin. However, since it does contain essential oils, we recommend a patch test first—especially if you know you’re sensitive to fragrance or botanicals—and starting with shorter wear times before working up.

    Excellent!

    Just tried this mask after returning from a trip. It was very refreshing with a clean, barely there scent. Lighter than any mask I’ve used and easy to remove it left my skin feeling very soft.

    Great for skin in need of hydration!

    Easy to apply, comes off nicely with a damp washcloth. My skin feels well hydrated and smooth! It’s great to use after a day spent in the sun. Looking forward to adding it to my winter skin routine!

    Instant Softness

    This is great mask and will be essential for me in the drier winter months. I have normal skin that can tip towards dry - especially the older I get. After using this I definitely notice an uptick in softness and feel much more hydrated. It's also a breeze to use. Some masks can be messy or take a bit of time to apply, but I found this was more like just applying a moisturizer. I leave on for about 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water. I like using at night as the first step in the routine as I feel it's a good starting point for nighttime skin.

    I enjoyed the smell, it's very fresh and natural and gives a spa-like quality, but those adverse to smells could find that troublesome. Overall really enjoying this one!

    Calm and Cooling

    Now that fall is here, the heater has come on in our house which means extra dry skin. This mask was like a fresh dip in a cool spring - it brought back so much hydration and bounce to my skin. It’s the kind of mask that feels good on - cool and calming - and leaves the skin looking refreshed. The scent is a bonus - like a mossy damp forest. This was a win for me!
