    Who is this bundle designed for?  

    Ideal for skin that’s dry, dehydrated, or craving more moisture. Forest Water Hyaluronic Serum delivers a concentrated surge of hydration to visibly plump skin, while Golden Hour Recovery Cream fortifies skin’s barrier with omega fatty acids to lock lasting moisture in.

    How do I use these products together?  

    Apply 1-2 pumps of Forest Water Hyaluronic Serum to clean skin. Follow with a dime-sized dab of Golden Hour Recovery Cream, massaging until fully absorbed.

    Are these products safe for sensitive skin?  

    Though not tested for sensitive skin, we have designed our products to work for a variety of skin types and have heard awesome feedback from folks with sensitive, reactive skin. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we might recommend a patch test of each individual product on the inner wrist before applying to the full face for extra precaution.

    Are these products pregnancy-safe?  

    Neither of these products contain any ingredients that are commonly avoided during pregnancy, such as vitamin A or high doses of salicylic acid (+2%). That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

    Do these formulas include fragrance?  

    Yes! Both of these products feature a 100% naturally derived aroma completely free of synthetic fragrances.

    Forest Water Hyaluronic Serum has a warm, woodsy aroma of Fir, Bergamot, and Birch, while Golden Hour Recovery Cream has a mild, herbaceous aroma with notes of sweet Neroli, Sandalwood, and sour Rose.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee. 

    How do I start a return?
