    Who is this bundle designed for?  

    Ideal for skin that’s stressed, reactive, or in need of a soothing reset. Powered by Vitamin C (a highly potent antioxidant), Brighten Up Vitamin C Serum helps calm skin, reducing the look of redness and defending against environmental stressors. Rich in plant-derived nutrients, including antioxidants and omega fatty acids, Golden Hour Recovery Cream deeply hydrates, soothes, nourishes skin on contact.

    How do I use these products together?  

    Apply 1-2 pumps of Brighten Up Vitamin C Serum to clean, dry skin. Follow with a dime-sized dab of Golden Hour Recovery Cream, massaging until fully absorbed.

    Are these products safe for sensitive skin?  

    Though not tested for sensitive skin, we have designed our products to work for a variety of skin types and have heard awesome feedback from folks with sensitive, reactive skin. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we might recommend a patch test of each individual product on the inner wrist before applying to the full face for extra precaution.

    Are these products pregnancy-safe?  

    Brighten Up Vitamin C Serum does contain a very small amount of natural salicylic acid (a type of BHA) from Aspen Bark. While some healthcare providers recommend avoiding salicylic acid during pregnancy, it is included in this formula at a very low amount (less than 0.5%).

    That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

    Do these formulas include fragrance?  

    Yes! Both of these products feature a 100% naturally derived aroma completely free of synthetic fragrances.

    Brighten Up Vitamin C Serum has a citrusy aroma with notes of Rose Hip and sour Rose, while Golden Hour Recovery Cream has a mild, herbaceous aroma with notes of sweet Neroli, Sandalwood, and sour Rose.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee. 

    How do I start a return?
