    Is this product safe for sensitive skin?  

    While not clinically tested on sensitive skin, we have designed our products to work for a variety of skin types and have heard awesome feedback from folks with more sensitive or reactive skin. Of course, if your skin happens to be extra-sensitive, we recommend that you try out a skin patch test before applying for extra precaution.

    Does this help with razor burn or ingrown hairs?  

    Stellar Shave Cream contains a touch of salicylic acid from Willow Bark, which has been shown to help manage ingrown hairs. It also provides extra cushion and a smooth glide—which can help reduce the risk of razor burn and ingrowns caused by dull blades.

    Will this clog my razor?  

    It’s difficult to completely avoid clogs during the shaving process, so we recommend rinsing your razor regularly to get the smoothest shave possible.

    Does this product contain fragrance?  

    Stellar Shave Cream is infused with a subtle forest-fresh blend—derived entirely from real plant extracts, never synthetic fragrances.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee. 

    How do I start a return?
