    FAQs

    Should I use a Face Wipe or Tonic? What is the difference?  

    We originally created these tonic-infused wipes as a way for customers to sample our Face Tonic—only to find out that they were a huge hit in and of themselves! We like using our 4-in-1 Essential Face Tonic on a cotton round when at home, and reaching for a Face Wipe to reboot skin on-the-go. 

    Do they remove makeup?  

    They sure do! Our Face Wipes work wonderfully for removing makeup, including stubborn mascara and eye makeup.

    Can I use it on my body?  

    Though we designed our Essential Face Wipes with the face in mind, our multitasking wipes can be also used on the neck, chest, or anywhere that needs a refresh.

    Is this product pregnancy safe?  

    This product contains Willow Bark, a naturally occurring form of salicylic acid. While salicylic acid is an ingredient typically avoided during pregnancy, it is included in this product at a very low amount. 

    That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy to see what works best for you.

    What is the aroma?

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee. 

    How do I start a return?

      Teen bathroom must have

      These are great. I leave these in the teen bathroom and they all magically disappear and faces are washed. Face clarity looks good with minimal effort. They smell nice too. Reminds me of a Vermont meadow.

      THE best wipes hands down

      I’ve used a lot of different face wipes in my life, but these are by far the best! They truly leave my skin feeling both clean and moisturized without any tackiness. The scent is refreshing and I love that my skin doesn’t feel dried out after using it. I love to use one after flying. especially as the airport AC and plane air really dries out the skin and leaves a lot of impurities around.
