    Can I use this on color-treated hair?  

    While we have yet to complete formal color-retention testing, Go Easy Shampoo is formulated without any harsh, stripping agents—and we’ve heard awesome feedback from folks with color-treated hair.

    Does this contain fragrance?  

    Go Easy Shampoo is infused with a warm, woodsy blend of Sandalwood and Fir—derived entirely from real plant extracts, never synthetic fragrances.

    Is this product pregnancy-safe?  

    Go Easy Shampoo does not contain any ingredients that are commonly avoided during pregnancy, like vitamin A or high doses (+2%) of salicylic acid. That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee.

      It was a pure pleasure to wash hair with this shampoo for the first time. It feels very clean, not like a mix of starch or emulsifiers. The metal containers look surprisingly pleasant in my shower. I really enjoy washing my hair with this clean shampoo!

      Love this shampoo!

      My daughter got me using or some major products. I love love the shampoo! It has such a fresh and natural smell and my hair always feels so clean after I use it. Best thing is you only need a small amount to shampoo your hair.
