    Who is this bundle designed for?  

    This bundle is a great pick for all hair types and textures, including color-treated hair. Go Easy Shampoo gently cleanses without stripping moisture, while Go Easy Conditioner nourishes and detangles for soft, healthy, easy-to-manage hair.

    How do I use these products together?  

    Lather Go Easy Shampoo into wet hair, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with Go Easy Conditioner on mid-lengths and ends, leaving for 1-2 minutes before rinsing clean.

    Can I use these products on color-treated hair?  

    While we have yet to complete formal color-retention testing for these formulas, both do not use harsh, stripping agents—and we’ve heard awesome feedback from folks with color-treated hair.

    Can I use this conditioner as a leave-in?  

    You bet! This lightweight formula hydrates without weighing hair down, so it works perfectly as a leave-in. Simply smooth through damp or wet strands, skip the rinse, and go.

    Are these products pregnancy-safe?  

    Neither of these products contain any ingredients that are commonly avoided during pregnancy, like vitamin A or high doses (+2%) of salicylic acid. That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

    Do these formulas include fragrance?  

    Both feature a 100% naturally derived aroma free of synthetic fragrances: a warm, woodsy blend of soothing Sandalwood and fresh Balsam Fir.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee. 

    How do I start a return?

      When used together, the shampoo and conditioner are amazing. My only criticism is not for the shampoo and conditioner, but with the packaging. You could charge less for your expensive but great products by eliminating so much packaging. Looks great, but totally over the top.

      Fragrance = light and refreshing

      It might be coincidence that when I started using your shampoo my hair loss significantly decreased. Due to grief and stress, I lost so much hair especially with each shampoo. My hair stylist commented on the loss. But the first time I used this shampoo hair loss was noticeably much less and it's continuing to improve and looking healthy again.

      Contains dangerous Juniperus Oxycedrus Wood Tar

      This shampoo contains a dangerous ingredient, Juniperus Oxycedrus Wood Tar, also known as Cade Oil. Cade oil has a toxicity rating of 7 out of 10 (10 being the most toxic) on the Environmental Working Group’s (EWG) Skin Deep Database. I am a loyal customer of Ursa Major products, but I would love to see them remove this ingredient.

      Hi Kristine, thank you so much for reaching out and for being such a loyal Ursa Major customer! We really appreciate you caring so much about your ingredients and taking the time to look into this.

      We hear you on Cade Oil, and we want to give you some context about what's actually in Go Easy Shampoo. The big concern people raise is about crude cade oil, which we don't use in our formula. The form we use is a refined, purified version that has to meet strict International Fragrance Association (IFRA) safety standards. That means the potentially concerning compounds are limited to very small, tightly controlled amounts.

      A couple of things that might help put this in perspective: this is a rinse-off product, and we use only about half of what IFRA allows for this fragrance in this type of product. Those IFRA limits are set after carefully looking at exposure levels and safety factors, so anything like this gets thoroughly reviewed before we ever use it! On top of that, the refined oil itself makes up just 0.0005% of the formula.
