    Who is the bundle designed for?  

    This powerhouse duo is ideal for anyone looking for a clean, effective lineup to help target visible signs of aging. Together, these two bestsellers help improve firmness and the appearance of fine lines to support overall more youthful-looking skin.

    How do I use the products together?  

    Start by applying 1-2 pumps of Mountain Glow Serum to clean skin to boost firmness and glow. Then gently tap a dab of Forest Alchemy Eye Cream around the eye area to hydrate and smooth the look of fine lines.

    Are these products safe for sensitive skin?  

    Though not tested for sensitive skin, we have designed our products to work for a variety of skin types and have heard awesome feedback from folks with sensitive, reactive skin. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we might recommend a patch test of each individual product on the inner wrist before applying to the full face for extra precaution.

    Do these formulas include fragrance?  

    Mountain Glow Serum has a sunny, honeyed aroma of Linden Flower and Birch, derived entirely from real plant extracts. Forest Alchemy Eye Cream is unscented.

    Are the products pregnancy-safe?  

    Neither of these products contain any ingredients that are commonly avoided during pregnancy, such as vitamin A or high doses of salicylic acid (+2%). That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee. 

    How do I start a return?

      I've used this cream for many years. A little goes a long way and it absorbs beautifully allowing me to put on makeup shortly after applying.
