    Who is this bundle designed for?  

    This bundle is ideal for anyone after both a clean and effective daily routine. Our Fantastic Face Wash delivers a deep cleanse without stripping skin, Brighten Up Vitamin C Serum helps visibly brighten and target signs of sun damage, and Golden Hour Recovery Cream deeply hydrates and nourishes without feeling heavy.

    How do I use these products together?  

    Start with 1 pump of Fantastic Face Wash, massaging into damp skin on the face and neck. For an extra hit of exfoliation, leave on for 30-60 seconds, then rinse and towel off. Follow with 1-2 pumps of Brighten Up Vitamin C Serum to dry skin. Then finish by massaging a dime-sized dab of Golden Hour Recovery Cream into skin to lock in moisture.

    Are these products safe for sensitive skin?  

    Though not tested for sensitive skin, we have designed our products to work for a variety of skin types and have heard awesome feedback from folks with sensitive, reactive skin. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we might recommend a patch test of each individual product on the inner wrist before applying to the full face for extra precaution.

    Are the products pregnancy-safe?  

    Brighten Up Vitamin C Serum does contain a very small amount of natural salicylic acid (a type of BHA) from Aspen Bark. While some healthcare providers recommend avoiding salicylic acid during pregnancy, it is included in this formula at a very low amount (less than 0.5%).

    That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

    Do these formulas include fragrance?  

    Yes! All three of these products feature a 100% naturally derived aroma completely free of synthetic fragrances.

    Fantastic Face Wash has a forest-inspired aroma of Cedar, Spearmint, and Lime. Brighten Up Vitamin C Serum has a citrusy aroma with notes of Rose Hip and sour Rose. And lastly, Golden Hour Recovery Cream has a mild, herbaceous aroma of sweet Neroli, sour Rose, and Sandalwood.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee. 

    How do I start a return?  

    Super easy! Just head on over to our Returns Portal, where you’ll just need your order number (the one starting with UM) and your email address or zip code to get started.
