    Can it be left on longer than three minutes?  

    While you only need to leave this product on the skin for three minutes to see results, the formula is perfectly safe to leave on for longer stretches of time—even overnight.

    How often should I use it?  

    This formula is gentle enough to use several times a week. As with any product, it’s best to adjust the frequency to your individual skin. You may find only once a week works for you, or that 2-3 times a week is the sweet spot.

    What is the aroma?  

    A breezy, tropical blend with hints of real Pineapple, Coffee and Orange.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee.
