    Is this the mask for me?  

    Bright & Easy 3-Minute Flash Mask is a great fit for those looking for a quick, skin-brightening to address dullness or texture. Because it’s formulated without harsh exfoliants, it’s also a gentle yet effective exfoliating treatment for those with more sensitive or reactive skin.

    If you’re looking for something a bit more hydrating to address dryness or plump the look of fine lines, our 5-minute Vital Spring Hydration Mask may be a better match.

    How and when do I use this product?  

    Apply a light layer of Bright & Easy Flash Mask to clean skin. Leave on for 3 minutes (or longer, if you like!), then rinse or towel off. For best results, use 2-3 times a week, adjusting as needed to your skin’s individual needs.

    Can I leave this on for longer than 3 minutes?  

    While you only need to leave this mask on for 3 minutes to see visible results, the formula is perfectly safe to leave on for longer stretches of time, even overnight.

    Is this safe for sensitive skin?  

    Bright & Easy Flash Mask was formulated to be gentle enough for all skin types, and we’ve heard awesome feedback from those with more sensitive or reactive skin. Of course, if you know your skin happens to be super sensitive, we recommend that you try patch testing Flash Mask on the inner wrist before applying to the full face for extra precaution.

    Is this product pregnancy-safe?  

    Bright & Easy Flash Mask contains both Willow & Aspen Bark, two natural sources of salicylic acid (a type of BHA). While some healthcare providers recommend avoiding salicylic acid during pregnancy, it is included in this formula at a very low amount (less than 0.5%).

    That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

    Can I use this around my eyes?  

    We recommend avoiding direct contact with the eye area. Though suitable for sensitive skin, this formula contains exfoliating ingredients that are too stimulating for the eye contour.

    Does this contain fragrance?  

    Bright & Easy Flash Mask has a breezy tropical aroma of Pineapple, Coffee and Orange—derived entirely from real plant extracts, no synthetic fragrances.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee.
