How To Use

Massage 1-2 pumps onto damp or dry skin, then rinse. For an extra hit of exfoliation, leave on for 30-60 seconds. Use AM & PM.

    Is this the cleanser for me?  

    Making Moves Milky Cleanser offers a gentle cleanse without sacrificing that “full-on clean” feel. That said, we’ve found it to be a great fit for those with dry, sensitive, or mature skin—or anyone looking to add an extra dose of moisture to their daily routine.

    If you have combo, oily, acne-prone skin, or you’re craving a deeper clean, our Fantastic Face Wash may be a better fit.

    How and when do I use this product?  

    For best results, use Making Moves Milky Cleanser twice a day—once in the morning and once at night. Massage 1-2 pumps onto damp or dry skin, then rinse. For an extra hit of exfoliation, leave on for 30-60 seconds.

    Is this safe for sensitive skin?  

    While not clinically tested on sensitive skin, we have designed our products to work for a variety of skin types and have heard awesome feedback from folks with more sensitive or reactive skin. Of course, if your skin happens to be extra-sensitive, we recommend that you try patch testing Milky Cleanser on the inner wrist before applying to the full face for extra precaution.

    Does this product remove makeup?  

    We’ve found Making Moves Milky Cleanser to be effective at melting away lighter layers of makeup. For long-wear or heavier products, we recommend using a micellar water or one of our Essential Face Wipes first, before following with Making Moves Milky Cleanser.

    Does this contain fragrance?  

    Making Moves Milky Cleanser has a mild, soothing aroma of fresh Ginger and Bergamot—derived entirely from real plant extracts, never synthetic fragrances.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee. 

    How do I start a return?
