Q: What is the difference between Fantastic Face Wash and 4-in-1 Essential Face Tonic?
A: Our Fantastic Face Wash is a foaming wash that cleanses thoroughly with its lathering, sulfate-free formula. After cleansing, this 4-in-1 Face Tonic helps remove any lingering impurities while soothing, toning, and brightening. This multitasker also preps the skin for additional treatments (serum and moisturizer, we’re looking at you).
Pro Tip: When used on a cotton round, it can also serve as a gentle, rinse-free cleanser to swipe away excess oil or dirt when forgoing a traditional face wash.
Q: Is this an exfoliating tonic?
A: Our Face Tonic contains a refreshing, yet gentle AHA/BHA exfoliating complex to reveal clearer skin. The salicylic acid is derived from Willow Bark Extract and the glycolic acid is derived from ingredients like Lemon, Sugarcane, and Sugar Maple.
Q: Is this product pregnancy safe?
A: This product contains Willow Bark, a naturally occurring form of salicylic acid. While salicylic acid is an ingredient typically avoided during pregnancy, it is included in this product at a very low amount.
That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy to see what works best for you.
Q: What is the aroma?
A: A herbaceous, outside-fresh aroma spiked with real Orange, Lavender and Fir.

As part of our repackaging project, we did make the tough decision to say goodbye to the spray bottle (unfortunately it used more plastic and wasn't popular enough to justify the extra material 😞). Of course, we definitely will keep this feedback in mind for future designs and love that you're able to use your remaining spray bottle to keep up with your preferred application method!

I have used & loved this product for many years. However, the new size & packaging is horrific! I usually bought the flip top option which was 8 ounces, or if not available, the pump option which was 6.7 ounces. Both options were the same price. The flip top has been my first choice since the pump hasn't always worked well. Now, the bottle is only 4 ounces for the same, or basically, the same price! I cannot fathom why a product that is the consistency of water, as opposed to a thicker serum, & that is used twice daily is in such a small bottle? Now I will have to buy it twice as often & pay the same price as the much larger bottle. It upsets me twice a day, so thank you very much for that! I actually feel deceived & am very unhappy. Also, you have to shake the bottle to get the product out instead of just gently pouring it, which is also annoying.

This is my FAVORITE Ursa product. I love this toner and no other has ever compared.
The only negative is the packaging. The new glass bottle is an improvement but thank god the sprayer from the previous packaging works. This toner is best with a spray top (more skin coverage, less waste). I also would love to see a larger amount for refills. Ordering a glass bottle every time for 4 oz. feels environmentally icky.
Hope to see a "refill" option available one day!!

I am in love with the face wipes that Ursa Major sells, which is how I knew I was going to love the tonic as soon as I opened it. It has that same barky scent, which is so grounding and natural. A little goes a long way in my opinion, so dont go too heavy. It leaves my skin feeling rejuvenated instead of drying out my skin. I use right after cleansing, and then follow it up with a good moisturizer. My skin feels plump and healthy.
