    Who is this bundle designed for?  

    Ideal for anyone looking for a nightly lineup to address visible signs of aging or texture. Lunar Bloom Retinal Serum helps visibly smooth and renew radiance overnight, while Alpine Rich Cream replenishes moisture and supports the skin barrier for skin that looks and feels soft and smooth.

    How do I use these products together?  

    Apply a thin layer (1-2 pumps) of Lunar Bloom Retinal Serum to clean, dry skin. Follow with a dime-sized dab of Alpine Rich Cream, massaging until fully absorbed.

    Are these products safe for sensitive skin?  

    Though not tested for sensitive skin, we have designed our products to work for a variety of skin types and have heard awesome feedback from folks with sensitive, reactive skin. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we might recommend a patch test of each individual product on the inner wrist before applying to the full face for extra precaution.

    Are these products pregnancy-safe?  

    Lunar Bloom Retinal Serum is not recommended for those who are pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive. 

    Alpine Rich Cream does not contain any ingredients that are commonly avoided during pregnancy, but we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

    Do these formulas include fragrance?  

    Lunar Bloom Retinal Serum is unscented. Alpine Rich Cream has a delicate, floral aroma derived entirely from real plant extracts like Rose and Geranium.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee. 

    How do I start a return?

      Excellent hydration for dry mature skin

      I was actually surprised how well this cream moisturises the skin. It’s not rich enough for my skin for the nighttime routine but perfect for daytime and doesn’t give that stretchy dry feeling that other moisturisers do.

      Perfect winter deep hydration

      I recently moved to a colder climate and my skin was cracking and peeling as a result, especially around my eye area. This cream healed my skin and restored the barrier so well that the extreme dryness hasn’t returned at all. It has a thick consistency but absorbs well and doesn’t feel heavy. It also did not trigger a reaction in my sensitive skin. Also, the fragrance is light and pleasant. I’ll definitely be keeping this product close by and highly recommend it!

      I usually react negatively to retinol and retinal product. I have been using this every other night without irritation and think my skin looks a tiny bit better.
